Return & Exchange Policy

We at Happy Heads do accept returns and exchanges if the package hasn’t been modified and returned in the same condition as it was sent. Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal, so that it shows the true status of the products.  Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with the valid video proof. All returns and exchanges have to be communicated via email on only.

Here are some FAQ’s that will help you with our return policy

Q: What is the return & exchange period?

We accept returns for the extensions as long as they are in the same condition they were shipped out, within 7 days of the date you received the package. The return pickup of the order includes shipping charges which is 300/-. While returning, please ensure that the product is packaged in the same way as it was shipped to you.

However, a store credit is given instead of a refund for all exchanges and returns. The store credit is a coupon code that can be used at checkout, for your next purchase.


Important: We do not accept any returns and exchanges for international orders, discounted items as well as eyelashes, accessories including hair clips, hair powders, hair carriers, curly buns, braid hairbands etc.

Q: Can I return an item which was on sale?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.

Q: Which products are not eligible for return/exchange?

All our hair accessories including our hair carrier, fly fix, hair powder as well as braided hairbands are not eligible for return.

Apart from this if any item was purchased at a discounted rate or sale, a return/exchange cannot be accepted.

Q: How do I know if my package is qualified for a return?

We are open to any return and exchanges that done within 30 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met 

1) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)

2) The cost of shipping back is borne by the customer.

3) Happy Heads is not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the goods are being returned.

Q: How do I process my return?

If you want to return an item please mail us at ONLYThe goods need to be returned to address given via email. If it isn't shipped to the same address as stated in the email, we are not responsible for the package. 

Q: Will I get a refund?

We only issue store credits, which is a coupon code that you can use at our store to purchase something the next time but we do not give any refunds.

Q: Do I pay for the shipping of my returns/exchange?

Yes, all customers have to pay for their returns or exchange. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because Happy Heads is not responsible for any lost returns.

PLEASE NOTE: If the package is lost while shipping or is damaged at the time it is received by Happy Heads, the goods will not be valid for return or exchange and the cost must be borne by the customer.

Q: When will I receive the store credit?

A store credit is given which will be reflected in your account as soon as we receive the goods.

Q: Can I exchange my product?

Your order is valid for a return if it's returned within a period of 7 days of receiving it. However, product needs to be shipped back to us and a store credit is given to you with which you can go ahead and order the product you like.

Q: How long is the store credit valid for?

The store credit will be valid for 6 . months from the date it was issued.
