Return & Exchange Policy
Happy Heads provides free shipping across India on all orders. All of the packages are shipped out from our manufacturing unit in Pune MH, India.
What products are eligible for exchange and return
Firstly, we want to clarify and emphasise that because of hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds: our policy exclusively allows for product exchanges. Please keep this in mind as you review the following guidelines.
List of products that are not valid for return & exchange:
- Hairline Powder
- Happy fix
- Any products that have been cut, coloured or chemically treated and/or damaged due to stitching, after being delivered.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH I CAN APPLY FOR EXCHANGE?
If you have received an unsuitable product or damaged product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving the product. Post 7 days, we will not accept any requests for exchange or returns.
The return charges have to be borne by the customer.
We have two options -
- Manual Shipping - You can send us the product using any courier of your choice.
- Reverse Shipping - We can arrange for a pickup using our courier partners for a charge of ₹300, which will be deducted from your store credit.
HOW DO I INITIATE AND PROCESS MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?
- To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at support@thehappyheads.in
- Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal, so that it shows the true status of the products. Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with the valid video.
- Before sending the product back, make sure that the Products are in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (washed, cut, or brushed in the case of curly or wavy hair).
- Make sure to mention your order number and contact number clearly on the package when returning the Products to us. We also require the return receipt of the package with a clear tracking number
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process a Store Credit Coupon Code. This code can be used for your future purchase or shared as a thoughtful gift Please be aware that we DO NOT OFFER REFUND. Instead, we provide STORE CREDIT.
- The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date it was issued.
Refund and Store Credit
- WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS. All refunds are provided as store credit.
- Store credit will be issued once the order is returned back to us and pass the quality check and store credit can be used for future purchases or gifting.
- Store credit will be sent directly to you via email.
- The Cash on Delivery charge of ₹100 borne during purchase is not liable for a refund or store credit under any circumstance.
Please Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may get delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product. However this not be considered as a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
No returns/exchanges for international customers
Note
We would like to inform you that we have a limit of one return per customer. This means that if you have returned a product once and would like to return another, we will not be able to accept a return for the second order.
